Orders placed before 2:30 PM PST from Monday to Friday are typically processed the same or next business day; however, it may take up to 2 business days under certain circumstances. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following week on Monday or Tuesday. Before submitting an order, ensure your Shipping Address and other order information is accurate.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and available shipping rates and prices can be found under the shipping section at checkout.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from [email protected]. When paying with a payment method that requires payment verification to be submitted (eg, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, etc.), your order shall not be shipped until your payment has been successfully confirmed. If your payment verification has not been submitted using the form on your order confirmation page, we shall attempt to contact you to request payment verification.
Once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier, it is no longer within our control, and we shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, confiscated, or delayed shipments. Under certain circumstances, we may offer a Credit or Product Replacement solely at our discretion.

Shipping Insurance through Route is available to add to your order at checkout for an additional fee. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance for your order and your shipment was lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim with Route at https://claims.route.com/. Route is a third-party company and we are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or communications between you and Route.
We ship only within the United States to states where our products are legal. Ganja Deals is not responsible for orders confiscated due to legal issues. All sales are final, with no returns or refunds.
