You can easily place an order on our website by following these simple steps:

1. Create an account (optional)
2. Browse our catalog and add items to your cart
3. Once you’ve added the items you’d like to your cart, click the Cart Icon to view your cart items then click the “Checkout” button (optionally you can click the “Cart” button to review your cart in further detail.
4. Enter your shipping/billing information. Be sure to include a valid email to receive notifications regarding your order and account. In addition, it is optional, but we strongly recommend providing either your Signal, Telegram, or Potato chat username so that we can reach out in case we need to contact you about your order.

7. Submit your order

Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an email notifying you that we have received your order and are in the process of confirming your payment. Below is information regarding Payment Verification for the various payment methods accepted on our website:

Cryptocurrency

Orders paid with cryptocurrency are verified automatically via the Blockchain, which generally takes between 15 minutes to 1 hour. 

P2P Payments

Orders paid via any P2P payment method, including CashApp, Zelle, Apple Cash, and Venmo are manually confirmed. At checkout, you will be requested to submit either a screenshot of your payment or a confirmation URL from the web app via form submission. We recommend completing this at time of checkout, before submitting your order. This allows us to quickly confirm your payment and approve your order to be fulfilled. Generally, we process payment verifications for P2P payments as soon as we receive them, but it can take up to 6 hours depending on what time the Payment Verification is submitted.

Debit/Credit Card and ACH

Payments made via Debit/Credit Card are processed 9am to 2:30pm EST Mon-Friday. After your payment is submitted, the funds will be scheduled to pull from the account provided within 30-minutes during the timeframe mentioned above. If outside of that timeframe, the funds will be schedule to pull during the next available timeframe. Debit/Credit Card Payments will be verified as soon as funds are cleared. ACH Payments will be verified as soon as funds are received on our end, which will take between 2 to 3 business days.

Once the payment for your order has been verified, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is getting prepared. If provided, we will also attempt to notify you via Telegram, Signal, or Potato Chat.

After your order is prepared for shipment, it will be handed off to the shipping courier, at which point, you will be notified via email or chat with your tracking number.

We accept a wide variety of payment methods including Cryptocurrency, CashApp, Zelle, ACH Debit (via Plaid), Cash, and Debit/Credit Card.               

Your payment information, as well as your personal information and all account information is always secure and protected.

At Ganja Deals, we strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible so that you get your products and enjoy them as quickly as possible.

Generally, orders received during normal business hours (8am to 2:30pm PST) are processed and fulfilled same day and delivery times by the courier will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. Unfortunately, orders can be lost, stolen, or damaged throughout the shipping process. While we understand these events can be frustrating, these situations are completely outside of our control and we cannot offer any assistance in these situations nor will we be held responsible for these situations.

In order to ensure you are fully protected, we strongly advise purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout. The Protection Fee is very minimal and ensures your order is 100% protected from loss, theft, and damage.

Lost, damaged, or stolen shipments protected with Route are 100% protected and can be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

At Ganja Deals, shipping insurance is available, provided by Route Shipping Insurance, for minimal additional fee.

Unless otherwise specified, or as part of a promotion, shipping insurance is not provided unless it was purchased with your order at checkout.

So to answer this question, it will depend on whether or not you purchased insurance at checkout.

You can easily review all order history for your Ganja.Deals Account within the Orders section of your Account Dashboard.

If you previously submitted a data deletion request or manually deleted your data, it will no longer be available to access in your Account Dashboard and our team will be unable to retrieve this data.

In order to access this website and place an online order, you must be at least 21 years or older. By accessing this website and confirming that you are 21 years or older on the Age Verification Popup Prompt shown on our website, you are confirming in writing that you are over the age of 21 and are of legal age to access this website and purchase/use the products sold on this website.

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, we may be able to update your order before it has been fulfilled; however, once the order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier, we will be unable to assist you.
